This policy covers this website and BlackFin Apps: DueLine (dueline.blackfinapps.com), BlackFin Hire (hire.blackfinapps.com and company job sites on blackfinapps.com) and Battery Finder Pro, made by BlackFin Creative ("we", "us"). App-specific details are in each app’s own policy, such as the DueLine privacy policy.

What we collect

• Account and billing information: name, email, business name and, if you subscribe, billing details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Information you put into the apps: for example customers and equipment in DueLine, job postings and applications in BlackFin Hire, or leads captured by Battery Finder Pro.
• Website and security data: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, and which links you click on this site.

How we use it

To provide and secure the apps, process payments, send account and service emails, support you, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information and do not use your customers’ or applicants’ information for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run our apps: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and, for Battery Finder Pro, your own WordPress host. They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each business’s data is kept separate. We keep data while your account is active and delete workspace data within 30 days after an account closes, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
