Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and BlackFin Creative ("we", "us") for the use of BlackFin Apps: DueLine (dueline.blackfinapps.com), BlackFin Hire (hire.blackfinapps.com and company job sites on blackfinapps.com) and Battery Finder Pro. By creating an account, subscribing or using any of them, you agree to these terms. App-specific terms, such as the DueLine terms, also apply to that app.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for the people you invite. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

Free trials, plans and payment

DueLine and BlackFin Hire start with a 30-day free trial; no card is needed to start. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown when you subscribe, through our payment processor, Stripe. Battery Finder Pro is billed as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. Taxes may apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. See Cancellation & refunds.

Your data

You own the data you put into our apps, including information about your customers and applicants. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having permission to collect and use that information and for following the laws that apply to your messages and hiring decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use our apps to send spam or unlawful messages, to discriminate unlawfully, to upload content you have no right to use, to try to access other businesses’ data, or to disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our apps running and your data safe, but they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app involved in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending service

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or do not pay. When an account closes, you can ask us to export your data first.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
