Cancellation & Refunds

Free trials
DueLine and BlackFin Hire include a 30-day free trial with no card required. If you add a card during the trial, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time from the app (Manage billing) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly or yearly period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: payments are not refunded for partial months, since you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of a new yearly payment, email us for a full refund of that payment. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the year and is not refunded.
- Battery Finder Pro setup fee: fully refundable if you cancel before setup work begins. Once we have started installing and configuring your finder, the setup fee is not refundable.
- Billing mistakes: if you were charged in error, tell us and we will refund it.
